You can on/off GSAP animation support for this theme & if GSAP is on then the custom cursor style will work, you can also enable or disable the custom cursor here.
If you disable GSAP Animation some animation will not work, it will not create any problem, just some animation will not work.
If you want to change the custom cursor dot color make sure you give your primary color in Conbuild Options -> Theme Style Settings, otherwise cursor dot color will not change and it will get our given color.
